DVA provides private aviation services including Part 135 charter operations (operated by Basin Aviation, a DV Aviation company), aircraft management, aircraft maintenance, and fixed-base operator (FBO) services. DVA also acts as an air charter broker, arranging flights on aircraft operated by other FAA-certificated air carriers. All charter flights are subject to separate charter agreements and applicable FAA and DOT regulations.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of this website by others. You may not use this website to transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Submitting a quote request or inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement for air transportation services. All flights are subject to aircraft availability, crew scheduling, weather conditions, and execution of a separate charter or service agreement. Pricing provided through the website or in response to inquiries is estimated and subject to change.

When DVA acts as an air charter broker, the operating air carrier is solely responsible for the air transportation provided. DVA will disclose the identity of the operating carrier prior to booking. DVA does not operate the aircraft on brokered flights and is not liable for the acts or omissions of the operating carrier.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DVA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. DVA does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
