I have had a total of 24 charters with BA/DV from 10/01/24 through 12/30/2025. My first charter was 10/01/24 from MDD to HOU-Legacy returning MDD on 10/14/2024. This was a medical trip to MD Anderson for a second opinion concerning my son's diagnosis of liver cancer. We returned on 10/14/2024 to MDD with my son's diagnosis of stage 4 liver cancer with 30 days to live. BA was just a wonderful team of employees, my SUV was parked in the hangar for 14 days, driven to the plane side, the crew helped my son off the plane and into the car. Hospice care started on the 15th; he passed early morning on Saturday the 26th. My son's home is in Addison, TX where he had lived since June 17, 1994, which is less than a 10 minute drive from the Addison Airport (ADS) to his house. For convenience I chartered my first ADS flight on 02/08/2025 and have chartered a total of 22 flights to ADS to date with the last one being on 11/17/2025. My last flight with DV was on my Birthday 12/30/2025 to HOU-Legacy for a birthday celebration at MD Anderson MOHS Clinic since I am in my 47th year of being a patient at MDA. My 24 charters with BA/DV have each been special, with your team consisting of the Pilots, Ground Crew, and especially Jasmine in chartering my flights. I only had 2 flights which, when the Pilots were going through preflight check, the instruments revealed a pressure issue. I was then put on another aircraft and enroute to ADS. You have a special employee in Jasmine. On most of my flights she had to get me something to have in the breakfast line. When we returned, she would roll out the carpet for me and help the ground crew take things to my car and give me a bottle of cold water for my drive home. When we returned on 12/30, she had a Birthday Bundt Cake for me, which really made the day special. You should be proud of the team you have in place going forward.
