Jonathan grew up in central Illinois but, like his colleagues, graduated from LeTourneau University.
Jonathan’s flying experience consists of flight instructing, aerial surveillance in six countries and 3-½ years flying and management in FAR 135 passenger charter. He came to DV Aviation in October 2016 so he could support our mission, work with friends and serve the best clients in our region.
In addition to his responsibilities at work and home, he now has his MBA through Abilene Christian University.

Bryce is another Texas native who came to us after graduating from LeTourneau University in ’09, where he studied Air Traffic management with a professional flight concentration. He has been flying for several years in various aircraft from single-engine piston to twin turbine. Bryce was handpicked to join DV Aviation both because of his qualifications and his like-minded goal to support the mission field. He is valuable as our primary Pilot in Command for the King Air and the Learjet 45.

Nathanael Strazza was born in Austin, TX and raised in a Christian agricultural community. He spent his childhood gardening, working with animals, and helping his father with the family trucking business. At a young age, Nathanael learned the value of hard work, dedication, and importance. He began pursuing his dream as a pilot, spending most of his weekends at the airport helping in the mechanic shops. To Nathanael aviation has been a passion, flying from single engine piston to multi-engine jets. He hopes to pass along the joy, comfort, and convenience of aviation to everyone he flies.

Eric was Born in Shreveport, LA. Eric always dreamed of flying planes since he was two years old. Eric grew up all over Texas and would love traveling around on the airlines. He used to sit in the cockpits and dream of flying those big jets. Over the years, Eric worked multiple jobs in and out of the Aviation Industry to work towards his pilot certificates. Finally, he was able to attend ATP Flight Academy and achieve all his ratings. Eric began instructing and flying contract flights until Eric became a Captain at Ameriflight. Next, Eric went on to fly Charter in a DA-50, and now, proudly here he is with DV Aviation flying the BE200 and LR45.

Sasha Delemater was born and raised in the Austin, TX area. She graduated from college at Texas A&M University of Central Texas of Aviation Management with a Minor in Business Management. She has a passion for airplanes, how they work, and all the people that involves keeping them in the air. She has a little flight time with flight training out of Texas State Technical College in Waco, TX. The best fit for her is to stew her passion for management and to serve the clients of DV Aviation.
Sarah Cassidy is originally from San Francisco, CA. She attended college at the University of North Carolina of Wilmington for Business Administration, and then moved back home to San Francisco. Sarah moved to Midland, TX in late 2015, and started working for DV Aviation early 2017. Sarah loves being outdoors, practicing Irish dancing, spending time with friends and family, and meeting new people.
