## Charter Services

DV Aviation provides on-demand private charter flights with a two-hour turnaround. FAA Part 135 Certificate No. GYWA560E operated by Basin Aviation, a DV Aviation company. We also arrange flights on other FAA-certificated carriers when needed, acting as an air charter broker with full carrier disclosure prior to booking.

- Learjet 75: Up to 8 passengers, 2,040 nm range, 465 ktas. Midland to New York nonstop. Board at 8am, meeting by 3pm.
- Learjet 45XR: Up to 8 passengers, 2,120 nm range, 465 ktas. Midland to Denver in under 2 hours.
- King Air B200: Up to 8 passengers, 1,580 nm range, 310 ktas. Access to 40+ Texas airports no jet can reach.
- Challenger 300: Now available. Up to 10 passengers, 3,100 nm range, 470 ktas. Nonstop to either coast.

## Jet Card / Prepaid Flight Credit

DV Aviation offers a Jet Card prepaid flight credit program through Basin Aviation (FAA Part 135 Certificate No. GYWA560E). Clients fund an account and draw it down trip by trip as they fly. Flight credit never expires and has no dormancy fees. Unused credit is refundable at any time, subject to a 10 percent administrative fee, processed within 14 business days. Credit applies to DV Aviation operated flights and to brokered flights on other certified carriers when elected. Prepayments are held in a dedicated segregated company account. DV Aviation manages aircraft under five pillars: Strategic Asset Management, Continuous Airworthiness (CAP), Flight Operations & Dispatch, Crew Management & Training, and Administration & Accounting. We use an hourly-based management model — not the industry-standard 85/15 revenue split — for full transparency. Semi-annual owner meetings with market value analysis from five sources (Vref, Conklin & de Decker, JSSI, Aircraft Bluebook, broker opinion).
